All personnel will be selected to match the profile of the company, selected on very high standards and physical fitness.

They are here to serve the public and not the other way around, that is why their grading is also very important when selecting the applicant for a specific task.

They will all have to have undergone specific training and a evaluation session before allowing them to become part of the team.

We at R62 Security strive to put a professional team on the ground that will serve the client with all respect and honesty.

All of our personnel will be selected to have good moral values and standards of a high profile.

They will all undergo a security check at the police department for a clean record survey.

The R62 Security team will make an difference in all neighbouring towns, we have an image to carry out and that will be our motto, to serve and not be served.

2.1. Theoretical Evaluations

• All our personnel will have been trained in their different positions and qualified with a certificate of competency.
• Training will be presented by ADT Training Academy in PE or come and request to be trained in Oudtshoorn.
• All personnel will be registered at the Private Security Industry Regulatory Authority (PSIRA), depending on what type of guard needed
• A PSIRA number will be on their Identity card that will be on them at all times.

2.2. Physical training

• Physical training program will be worked out for all our personnel working for the security company.
• We also be looking at sport possibilities and competing against other companies and civilian organisations in future.
• Fitness will be very important and a program will be worked out according to work schedules.
• A fitness test will be held on a monthly base, only to monitor the progress in fitness and stay up to a specific standard.

3.1. Response team ( C or B Grading )

• Will be between the age of 25 and 50 years of age.
• Will be in possession of a vehicle drivers licence (Manual).
• At least 5 years experience in driving.
• Military/Police background (Optional, but will be an advantage)
• Physical and mentally fit.
• Knowledge how to operate 2 way radio's

3.2. Static Guards (D Grading)

• All ages will be suitable for this post.
• They will be physical and mentally fit.
• They will have their grading qualifications (In date)
• Motivated and honest selected personnel.
• Will have access control knowledge.
• Will have Police clearances, no criminal records

3.3. Patrolling Guards ( No grading required )
